Independent support.
Built around you.
We are a dedicated Employee Assistance Program provider serving government, state, and commercial organizations across the country.
Our mission
Confidential support. Independent guidance.
STI Health & Wellness LLC administers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) a voluntary, confidential service designed to help employees navigate personal, legal, financial, and life challenges that can affect well-being or work performance.
Our goal is simple: to make sure every employee has access to qualified, independent professionals who can help without any impact on their job, their records, or their standing at work.
We serve government, state, and commercial organizations, delivering a program built on trust, neutrality, and genuine care for the people we support.
Voluntary
Participation in the EAP is entirely your choice. No one can require you to use it, and choosing not to has no consequences.
Confidential
Your name, the reason you reached out, and your session details are never shared with your employer, HR, or anyone at your organization.
Independent
EAP professionals are not agency employees. The program operates entirely separately from Human Resources and management.
No cost to you
There is no cost to employees for the initial consultation. Your EAP benefit is provided by your employer at no charge to you.

What we offer
A program built around your needs
The EAP connects employees with qualified, independent professionals across seven service areas, all delivered with the same commitment to confidentiality and care.
Independence & ethics
Why independence matters
The EAP is administered by an independent provider, STI Health & Wellness LLC. This structure is intentional. Independence ensures that the program remains neutral, trustworthy, and fully focused on the employee's well-being, not organizational interests.
EAP professionals are not your employer's employees
Every counselor, legal advisor, and financial consultant you work with through the EAP operates independently from your organization. They follow professional ethics and confidentiality rules — not your employer's directives.
The program is separate from HR and management
The EAP operates entirely outside of your organization's Human Resources and management structure. Participation has no impact on employment decisions, performance reviews, or disciplinary actions.
Only aggregate data is ever reported
Employers may receive de-identified, aggregate usage reports for program evaluation — such as overall utilization percentages and general service categories. No individual names, issues, or identifying details are ever included.
What the EAP does not cover
To preserve neutrality, the EAP does not assist with disputes involving the employer, union or collective bargaining matters, whistleblower or investigative issues, active litigation involving the agency, or emergency crisis response. If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies, contact intake to ask.
