Every employee deserves access to support.

The EAP is committed to ensuring that all employees including those with disabilities, caregiving responsibilities, or language barriers can fully access and benefit from every EAP service. This module provides targeted support for workplace accessibility navigation, disability-related stressors, caregiving accommodations, and language access, in full compliance with ADA requirements and well-being principles.

What's Included

  • Workplace accessibility navigation and guidance

  • Support for disability-related stressors and accommodation processes

  • Caregiving accommodation resources and referrals

  • Language access support and resource navigation

  • TTY services for deaf or hard-of-hearing employees

  • Full ADA compliance across all EAP services and platforms

Explicit Exclusions

  • Formal ADA accommodation decisions made by your employer's HR department

  • Disputes involving the employer related to disability accommodations

  • Active litigation or legal representation involving accessibility claims
